Curative Effect of Flupenthixol and Melitracen on Non-erosive Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease with Anxiety or Depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of flupethixol and melitracen on the non-erosive gastroesophageal reflux disease(NERD)with anxiety or depression.Methods:A total of 168 cases of NERD diagnosed in outpatient clinic of our hospital from Januray to August 2015 were randomly divided into control and trial groups,84 for each. The patients in control group were treated with rabeprazole + hydrotalcite + mosapride, while those in trial group with the above-mentioned three drugs combined with flupenthixol and melitracen,for 8 weeks,and the curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rates in trial and control groups were 91.7% and 66.7% respectively,which showed significant difference(P< 0.05).Conclusion:As an assist therapy of NERD with anxiety or depression,flupenthixol and melitracen improved the mental symptoms of patients significantly and enhanced the curative effect,which might be used in clinic.关键词
