摘要

Abstract

Tube burst causes of secondary superheater TP347H in supercritical generating units are analyzed through macrographic examination and inspection on metallographic structure, fracture appearance and me-chanical property. The result shows that the causes of the tube burst are microcracks and local segregation de-fects in the material. It is advised that the inspection on boiler tubes should be strengthened and the tubes with cracks should be replaced in time.
