离心压缩机滑动轴承性能影响因素分析与试验研究OA
Influence Factor Analysis and Experimental Investigation for Performance of Sliding Bearing of Centrifugal Compressor
离心压缩机滑动轴承摩擦损失占总耗功的大部分，减小轴承耗功是设计高能效离心压缩机的关键。本文从动压滑动轴承工作条件着手，分析了轴承摩擦耗功的影响因素；根据影响因素的不同，采用DyRoBeS转子动力学软件进行轴承耗功计算，并通过实验进行验证。研究成果指出降低转速和轴颈可以大幅减小轴承耗功，并为设计高能效离心式制冷压缩机提供很好的参考。
The friction loss of the sliding bearing of centrifugal compressor occupies a large part of the total power. The key for designing high efficiency centrifugal compressor is to reduce the power consumption of the bearing.
