基于多椭球反射器的LED汽车近光灯设计
Design of LED Headlamp Low-beam Based on Multi-ellipsoid Reflector
摘要
Abstract
A projection type LED headlamp low-beam consists of muti-ellipsoid reflectors , baffles and free surface lens is designed based on the approximate lambertian emitting characteristics of LED chips , provisions in GB 25991—2010 and non-imaging optics theory .The simulation has been done based on Monte-Carlo optical tracing method and the light distribution performance of a headlamp sample has been process .The results show that the muti-ellipsoid reflectors , 17 degree oblique angle of the baffles and the free surface lens are easy to form not only the low-beam light type which is wide in horizontal direction and narrow in vertical direction but also the clear cut-off line . The low-beam system meet the standard requirements , and the energy utilization rate increases nearly 10%.关键词
