摘要

Abstract

Thermal simulation of a large power LED sunflower radiator was carried out by using simulation software ICEPAK .Comparing the experimental data curves with simulation results , it is feasible to simulate the thermal behavior of sunflower radiator by using ICEPAK .In order to improve the heat dissipation efficiency of sunflower radiator and control the weight of the radiator , using the orthogonal test method to optimize the design of the radiator .The influence of 5 factors, such as cylindrical radius , heat sink height , fin thickness , fin number and fin length , is analyzed .An optimized result is obtained , which is the maximum temperature of LED decreased by 11 degree centigrade , with the weight unchanging .
