现代学徒制下企业职业教育责任探析OA北大核心
Exploration of Enterprises’ Vocational Education Responsibility under Modern Apprenticeship
开展现代学徒制是我国促进校企深度合作的一项重大举措。试点中，由于企业的逐利性、缺乏职业教育话语权和法律法规及制度缺失等原因，导致企业参与职业教育的责任缺失。现代学徒制下，企业作为培养主体之一应承担相应的职业教育责任。通过制订和完善相应法律法规，为企业提供财政支持，赋予企业合理的职业教育权利并通过企业自身加强履责能力等措施，有利于促进企业职业教育责任的落实。
The implementation of modern apprenticeship is a significant measure to promote in-depth cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
