非小细胞肺癌患者血清中 VEGF、Ang-2和survivin 的表达及相关性研究❋
Expression of serum VEGF,Ang-2 and survivin in lung carcinoma and their correlation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the expression of VEGF、Ang-2 and survivin in lung carcinoma and the relationship be-tween VEGF expression and Ang-2、survivin expression.Methods A total of 1 12 cases of malignancies in lung and 28 cases of healthy volunteers were detected for sera VEGF、Ang-2 and survivin with monoclonal antibody against human.Results The lev-els of VEGF、Ang-2 and survivin in lung carcinoma group were higher than those in control group(P <0.01).Sera VEGF、Ang-2 and survivin expression didn't have significant relationship with patient sex and age (P >0.05),but had significant relationship with lymph node metastasis and stage(P <0.05).And the level of survivin in lung adenocarcinoma was higher than in squamous cell carcinoma(P <0.05).The Sera VEGF expression has significant relationship with the Ang-2 and survivin expression(P <0.05).Conclusion Sera VEGF、Ang-2 and survivin may be good predicator for metastasis and judge of stage of lung carcinoma, and it may contribute to the diagnosis of lung carcinoma with combined determination.关键词
