Abstract
Objective To probe the relationship between primary hypothyroidism and epicardial adipose tissue thickness. Methods A totaI of 46 primary hypothyroidism patients(primary hypothyroidism group)from June 2014 to June 201 5 were en-rolled,32 healthy people were selected as control group.The general information and laboratory test results were collected,the epicardial adipose thickness was measured by cardiac color ultrasound.Results The epicardial adipose tissue thickness (EATT),cholesterol (TG),triglyceride (TC),low density lipoprotein (LDL-C),lipoprotein A (Lp (a)),C-reactin protein (CRP),creatine jubase(CK),thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)in primary hypothyroidism patients were significantly higher than control group;The epicardial adipose tissue thickness was positively correlated with course of disease,cholesterol,thyro-tropic hormone,triglyceride,low density lipoprotein,lipoprotein A,C-reactin protein,creatine jubase,thyroid peroxidase antibod-y(r=0.905,0.989,0.970,0.933,0.81 7,0.830,0.933,0.991,0.91 9,0.945,P <0.01 );it was negatively corre1ated with free triiodothyronine,free thyroxine (r=-0.993,0.969,P <0.01);Epicardial fat tissue thickness increased with the rise of TSH and TPOAb levels,and reduced with the increase of FT3 and FT4.Conclusion Compared with healthy peopel,the epicardial ad-ipose tissue thickness was significantly increased in the primary hypothyroidism;the epicardial adipose tissue thickness increased with the increase of the degree of hypothyroidism .关键词
