Abstract
Objective To study the application value of ultrasound in the diagnosis of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage. Methods There are 120 cases of neonatal with intracranial hemorrhage is suspected in our hospital from January 2014 to May 201 5.They are examinated by ultrasound and CT at the same time for discussing the detection rate of two methods. And the a-nalysis of composition and sonographic findings in children was carried at the same time. Results A total of 120 infants,64 ca-ses of intracerebral haemorrhage were detected, that is,the detection rate is 53.33%.Ultrasonic detection rate is 95.31%,while the CT detection rate is 95.31% (P >0.05).In 64 cases, there are 39 cases with ventricle tube membrane bleeding,1 5 cases with intraventricular hemorrhage,5 cases with ventricular expansion,2 cases with parenchymal hemorrhage,2 cases with sub-arachnoid hemorrhage and 1 case with subdural hemorrhage.Intraventricular hemorrhage cases is significantly more than the other bleeding cases.According to the classification standard of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage, among them:class Ⅰ39 ca-ses,class Ⅱ1 5 cases, class Ⅲ 5 cases, class Ⅳ 2 cases. Conclusion The use of ultrasound diagnosis of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage is characterized by a high detection rate,no radiation,no trauma, economy, and repeatable inspection. It has high application value in routine screening of neonatal intracranial hemorrhage and it is worth promoting.关键词
