摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore influence of bundle care on cardiovascular responses of old cardiac surgery patients in tra-cheal extubation period.Methods Patients before the intervention were divided into control group,patients after the interven-tion were divided into experimental group,heart rate,blood pressure,duration of mechanical ventilation and monitoring time of which were compared between the two groups.Results There had a significant difference in heart rate,systolic pressure,dias-tolic pressure,duration of mechanical ventilation between experimental group and control group (P <0.05),but has no signifi-cant difference between the two groups(P >0.05).Conclusion Cardiovascular responses of old cardiac surgery patients was re-duced and duration of mechanical ventilation was reduced by bundle care,but monitoring time of which was not reduced.关键词
