Abstract
Objective Exploring the psychological intervention to reduce gastrointestinal malignant tumor chemotherapy in patients with anxiety depression and other negative emotions,improve the effectiveness of the mental health status.Methods 120 patients with gastrointestinal malignant tumor chemotherapy were randomly divided into intervention group 60 cases and control group 60 cases,two groups were given standard chemotherapy drugs,before chemotherapy by the nurse in conventional nursing and health education,psychological intervention were given on the basis of conventional nursing care in observation group.Investigate the mental health status of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention treatment with degree characteristics and state of depression and anxiety symptoms.Results Before the intervention,no statistical significance was found between mental health status and the degree of the patients with anxiety depression in the first two groups (P >0.05);after the intervention,intervention group patients psychological health status and the degree of anxiety depression level signifi-cantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01).Conclusion Psychological interven-tion can effectively alleviate gastrointestinal malignant tumor chemotherapy in patients with anxiety depression,improve the mental health status,to improve the ability of patients with chemotherapy tolerance,promote physical and mental rehabilitation has a positive meaning.关键词
