23例大疱性类天疱疮回顾性临床分析

Abstract
Objective To summarize the clinical features and effective treatment for bullous pemphigoid.Methods To retro-spectively analyze the clinical data of 23 cases with bullous pemphigoid from April 2013 to April 2014 in department of derma-tology,Binzhou Medical University Affiliated Hospital.Results The dose of corticosteroids was 0.72 ±0.1 1 mg/kg· d and 1.35±0.40 mg/kg·d based on baseline affected BSA of less than 30%,30%~50%,respectively.The dose of corticosteroids was 1.38±0.45 mg/kg·d and 2.01±0.37 mg/kg·d,based on whether the mucosal lesions occurred(P <0.01).Conclusion The hormonotherapy has a higher rate of adverse reaction,so we should choose a proper treatment for the patients with bul-lous pemphigoid to get the best returns.关键词
