599例住院结核病人回顾性临床分析
Retrospectively clinical analysis of 599 hospitalized patients with tuberculo-sis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the various clinical characteristics of patients with tuberculosis(TB)in Chuanbei areaand provide evidences for tuberculosis management.Methods:the age,gender,anddiagnosis information of 599 patients with TB hospitalized in 2013 were retrospectively analysed.And the initial treatment information of recurrent TB patients was also analyzed.Results:Among the 599 patients,the ratio of male to female is 1.58∶1 ,the patients between 15 to 65 years old accounted for 84.82%,and over 65 years old of age male patients were significantly more than women.The lesion of tuberculosis mainly involved the lung and the pleural,and the type Ⅲ tuberculosis was the majority.Among all the TB patients,recurrent tuberculosis accounted for 1 1.02% and no re-treated cases were found in patients down 15 and over 75 years old.Between the ages of 15 to 75 years,the potion of the recurrent TB patients was in-creased with age.Among patients with re-treated TB,treatment interruption and irregular medication were major reasons for failure of in-itial treatment.Conclusion:In Chuanbei areas,the majority TB patients were the young and middle-aged males.And among aged TB pa-tients,male were significantly more than female.The lesion of tuberculosis mainly involved the lung and the pleural.Among patients with re-treated TB,treatment interruption and irregular medication were major reasons for failure of treatment.It is important for suc-cessful treatment and prevention of emergence and spread of drug-resistance TB to strengthen publicity and enhance the awareness of knowledge about tuberculosis in the less developed Chuanbei rual areas.关键词
