高渗盐水雾化吸入治疗毛细支气管炎的疗效分析
Effect of nebulized hypertonic saline solution for bronchiolitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of nebulized hypertonic saline solution in children with bronchiolitis.Methods:This was a double-blind randomized control clinical study.80 children with bronchiolitis were divided randomly into two groups,40 cases in treatment group,and 40 cases in contrast group.Children in treatment group were given nebulized hypertonic saline solution,and in contrast group nebulized 0.9% saline slution +salbutamol,this therapy was repeated every 8 hours.The Lowell score,wheezing remis-sion time,moist crackles disappearance time and days of hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:The Lowell score were lower in the treatment group compared to the contrast group in 24,48,72 hours after treatment,and the wheezing remission time and moist crackles disappearance time,days of hospitalization were also shorter.Children in two groups did not have side effect. Conclusion:The treatment of nebulized hypertonic saline solution in hospital children with mild to moderate bronchiolitis is effective and safe.关键词
