血管内皮生长因子在骨肉瘤及骨转移瘤肿瘤中的表达水平分析
Analysis of the level of vascular endothelial growth factor expression in os-teosarcoma and bone metastatic neoplasm

Abstract
Objective:To explore the level of vascular endothelial growth factor expression in osteosarcoma and bone metastatic neoplasm.Methods:Tumor tissue specimens from 34 patients with osteosarcoma and 16 patients with bone metastatic neoplasm and tis-sue specimens from patients with simple fracture (control group)were enrolled for detecting the levels of VEGF expression of 3 kinds by using immunohistochemistry and analyzing the differences of VEGF expression in different bone tissues.Results:The levels of VEGF were higher in patients with osteosarcoma and bone metastatic neoplasm than that in control group,with statistical significance (P <0.01 ).There was no statistical difference in the level of VEGF expression between tumor tissues of osteosarcoma and bone metastatic neoplasm(P >0.05)and no significant difference in the positive VEGF expression among different histological classification of osteo-sarcoma (P >0.05).Conclusion:VEGF is expressed highly in tumor tissues of osteosarcoma and bone metastatic neoplasm.Moreover, no difference is found in different types of bone tumor tissues and the VEGF expression among different histological classification of os-teosarcoma.关键词
