The value of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography in the diagno-sis of pancreas divisum and literature review experience
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To probe the usefulness of magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP)in the diagnosis of pancreas divisum.Methods:13 cases of pancreas divisum by MRCP were analyzed retrospectively.Results:Pancreas divisum was de-tected in 13 patients by MRCP,4 cases of pancreas ventral pancreatic duct and between dorsal pancreatic duct pipe are interlinked, namely the incompleteness of pancreas split,8 cases of pancreas ventral pancreatic duct and common bile duct after join into duodenal papilla,dorsal pancreatic duct directly into the duodenum.1 case of ventral pancreatic duct display is not clear,can’t be sure to com-pletely separate or in part.Conclusion:MRCP is a non-injury and non-invasive technique for the diagnosis of pancreas divisum.MRCP had irreplaceable superiority in diagnosing pancreas divisum,and provided reliable theoretical basis on the choice of clinical treatment to merging symptom of patients with pancreas divisum.关键词
