Abstract
Objective:Analysis of patients with chronic hypertension 1 ,25-diydroxyvitamin D levels state to explore its relation-ship with hypertension.Methods:Choose from January 2012 to January 2014 to our hospital and 80 patients diagnosed with hyperten-sion and healthy routine the same period 80 cases were included in the study group and the control group;Using ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)assay 1 ,25-dihydroxyvitamin D levels and plasma renin activity (plasma renin activity,PRA), simultaneous detection of glucose and lipid metabolism related biochemical indicators were compared and analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the study group was significantly lower blood pressure and plasma renin activity of 1 ,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (P <0.01 ),patients with hypertension grade Ⅰ renin and 1 ,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 were significantly high in Ⅱ -Ⅲ grade patients (t =1 1.88,P <0.01 vs t =5.65,P <0.01 );Pearson analysis showed:1 ,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 and plasma renin activity PRA (r =-0.616,P <0.05),systolic blood pressure (r = -0.419,P <0.05 ),diastolic blood pressure (r = -0.297,P <0.05 )were negatively correlated;Multivariate analysis of risk factors for hypertension show:statistical significance independent risk factor for hyper-tension D3 levels were lower and PRA (P <0.05).Conclusion:1 ,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 levels and systolic and diastolic blood pres-sure were negativwly correlated,lower leves of 1 ,25-dihyroxyvitamin D3 ,and PRA is an independent risk factor for hypertension.关键词
