Abstract
Objective:To investigate the autophagy-related protein Beclin1 and LC3 expression in thyroid carcinoma with cervi-cal lymph node metastasis and clinical significance.Methods:By immunohistochemistry assay,from our hospital in February 2012 to February 2014 48 cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues and 30 cases of para -tumor normal tissues were gathered to detect ex-pression of Beclin1 and LC3,as well as another 38 cases of papillary thyroid cancer with lymph node metastasis and 30 cases of clinical samples of normal lymph nodes to detect Beclin1 and expression of LC3.Results:Beclin1 were expressed in all samples,being lower in thyroid cancer than adjacent normal thyroid tissue (P <0.01 ),metastatic lymph nodes Beclin1 level was significantly lower than that of the normal lymph node group (P <0.01 ).The results showed LC3 protein expression was detected in all samples,its expression was the lowest in thyroid papillary tissue,beingsignificantly lower than that of their surrounding thyroid tissue (P <0.01 )andin the event of metastasis lymph LC3 content was lower than that of in normal lymph nodes (P <0.01 ).Conclusion:Autophagy protein Beclin1 and LC3 expression are closely related to thyroid cancer metastasis,and tumor extracapsular extension of direct labeling.The proteins has a potential as a preoperative evaluation of lymph node metastasis of thyroid cancer,which has a certain significance.关键词
