摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of Enalapril Maleate-Folate Tablets on blood pressure and serum Hcy level in patients with H-type hypertension.Methods:A total of 1 17 patients with H-type hypertension were randomly divided into group A,B and C,39 cases in each group.Patients in group A were treated with compound preparation (Enalapril Maleate-Folate Tablets,10 mg /0.8 mg /d),group B treated with 10 mg /d Enalapril Maleate Tablets plus 0.8 mg /d Folic Acid Tablets,and group C treated with 10 mg /d Enalapril Maleate Tablets.Three groups were continuously treated for 12 monthly.The changes of blood pressure and Hcy level of patients were recorded before treatment and after treatment 3,6,9,12 months.Results:Systolic pressure and diastolic pressure de-creased more significantly after treatment 3,6,9,12 months,but with no statistical significance among groups (P >0.05).Hcy level of group A and B declined obviously than that of before treatment (P <0.01 )and was lower than that of group C (P <0.01 )after treat-ment 6,9,12 months.Hcy level of group A was lower than that of group B after treatment 12 months (P <0.05).There was statistical difference in the occurrence of stroke between group A and C(P <0.05).Conclusion:Enalapril Maleate-Folate Tablets can effectively control the blood pressure,decrease the Hcy level and reduce the occurrence of stroke of patients with H-type hypertension.关键词
