Abstract
Objective:To discuss the clinical application value of ProSeal laryngeal mask anesthesia in children with pediatric surgery.Methods:60 cases of children with surgical operation from January 2012 to March 2015 in our hospital who were selected,they were randomly divided into laryngeal mask group and control group,there were 30 cases of each group.Children of laryngeal mask group used ProSeal laryngeal mask anesthesia,children of the control group were anesthetized with endotracheal tube,mean arterial pressure (MAP),heart rate (HR),oxygen saturation (SpO2 )changes of patients of two groups before induction,intubation,the wake-up time after operation and after extubation were monitored.Results:MAP,HR of the wake-up time after operation and after extubation were higher than those of higher than before induction (P <0.05),and difference had statistical significance;MAP of laryngeal mask group after extubation increased than that before induction (P <0.05),and difference had statistical significance;Extubation time and recov-ery time of laryngeal mask group were significantly shorter than those of the control group,the difference between the two groups was sta-tistically significant (P <0.05);The incidence of adverse reaction of the ProSeal LMA group was (13.33%)lower than (36.67%)of the control group,and difference had statistical significance(P <0.05).Conclusion:ProSeal laryngeal mask in children with pediatric anesthesia surgery has high value of clinical application,hemodynamic of children patients is stability,anesthesia recovery is fast,it has less adverse reactions,which is worthy of clinical rational selection.关键词
