Abstract
Objective:To investigate the treatment of bleeding after maternity and factors affecting the elderly motherhood. Methods:80 cases of elderly extraction bleeding after motherhood maternity hospital maternity June 2010 to June 2014 were treated, taking the appropriate method to stop bleeding postpartum hemorrhage,while selecting a normal maternal 50 cases (<35 years old)as a control group.A questionnaire survey method was used to collect two sets of basic information,comparatively analyzing.Results:Age, gestational age,pregnancy complications,mode of delivery,birth weight and other factors by univariate analysis were statistically signifi-cant differences between the two groups(P <0.05),but pregnancies,childbirth history of multiple pregnancies in the two groups were no significant differences(P >0.05 ).The meaningful factors using univariate analysis enter multivariate logistic regression analysis, which showed that age,pregnancy complications,mode of delivery,birth weight and other factors had significant differences(P <0.05). According to the risk factors based on OR value of the impact of postpartum hemorrhage of postpartum hemorrhage the orders were age, mode of delivery,pregnancy complications and birth weight.Conclusion:Maternal age is a high risk of postpartum hemorrhage which are used in the symptomatic treatment of postpartum.Main factors of postpartum hemorrhage areage,mode of delivery,pregnancy com-plications,birth weight and so on.关键词
