Abstract
Objective:To explore the basic reason of unplanned re-operation in the general surgery department,and find the ef-fective prevention and treatment measures.Methods:From 201 1 to 2012,the clinical data of 17 patients who underwent unplanned re-operations were analyzed statistically,and the composition of the different factors and the unplanned re-operation rate were calculated. Results:The unplanned re-operation rate is 0.69%,and the main reason for unplanned re-operation are incision problem,gastrointesti-nal leakage,anastomotic leakage,bile leakage,intestinal obstruction and other postoperative complications.Conclusion:We should pay attention to unplanned re-operation events that exist in clinical work,the standard operation,close observation after surgery and improve the quality of surgery and care,so as to actively prevent the occurrence of postoperative complications,which is the practicable means to reduce the incidence of unplanned re-operation.关键词
