Advances in the study of the relationship between USP7 protein and tumor
摘要
Abstract
Ubiquitin-specific protease 7 (USP7 ),which is also known as herpesvirus-associated ubiquitin specific protease (HAUSP),is one of members of ubiquitin specific processing enzymes (USPs).The USP7 as a deubiquitinating enzyme has an impor-tant role in regulating many proteins involved in the cell cycle,as well as oncogenes and tumor suppressors.Thus,USP7 offers a promis-ing anti-tumor target.We review herein topics related to the relationship of this protein and cancer.关键词
