摘要

Abstract

Based on the noise,the sensitivity of parameters,and each station actual seismic observation data of the ground and bore-hole deep seismic seismometers,the monitoring capacity of Huaian Seismic Network is calculated by two methods,theoretical and statistical calculation. The results of two methods were analyzed. The conclusion is that Huaian Seismic Networks can control the ML 2.0 or local ML 1.5 earthquakes internal the network,and parts of ML 2.5 earthquakes outside the network. The calculated monitoring ability internal the network given by theoretical method is better than that of actual statistical computing. The difference between two methods decreases gradually with increasing of epicentral distance. The biggest difference,about 0.45,occurs within 30 km epicentral distance. Earthquake magnitude computed with deep well observation data is higher than the actual results,while that with the ground observation data is lower.
