摘要

Abstract

In allusion to the problem of superstandard bearing vibration of steam turbine of CPR1000 half-speed nuclear pow-er unit in commissioning period which may cause high frequency with high range vibration amplitude fluctuation,experimen-tal analysis on vibration experiment before overhaul,mode testing in overhaul,identification on high frequency exciting force source,and so on is carried out to judge reason for high frequency vibration fault of the unit bearing vibration is un-steady resonance of bearing box cover caused by unsteady steam exciting force in No.3 steam pipe flowing through steam pipe and cylinder stator to the bearing box.According to fault diagnosis analysis results,it is proved to be able to greatly re-duce bearing vibration to fine level by optimizing open program and mode of steam regulating valve and changing state pa-rameters of gas flow in the pipe.In terms of transferring path of obstructing high frequency exciting force and selection for testing point position of bearing vibration,security of unit bearing vibration is evaluated and improvement scheme is pro-posed.
