Evaluation on Comprehensive Energy Efficiency of Power Distribution Network Based on DEMATEL-ANP-AEW-TOPSIS

Abstract
According to development characteristics and essential attributes of Chinese power distribution networks and on the premise of ensuring scientificity and reliability of evaluation index,this paper proposes an index system suitable for evalua-tion on comprehensive energy efficiency of the power distribution network in five terms including power grid operation,en-vironmental benefit,distributed generation benefit,economic benefit and resource utilization rate.In allusion to the prob-lem of energy efficiency of present power distribution network being lack of quantitative evaluation method,this paper pro-poses a new combined evaluation method for comprehensive energy efficiency of power distribution network which gathers decision-making and trial evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL )method,analytic network process (ANP ),anti-entropy weight (AEW)method and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution (TOPSIS)method in integral whole,and uses this method for quantizing weight of each level index so as to determine energy efficiency evaluation model. Practical example results verify feasibility and practicability of the proposed model and method.关键词
