Abstract
In order to avoid large impact current probably caused by closed-loop operation of power distribution network which may cause malfunction of protective devices or elements over-loading,thereby affect safe and stable operation of the power grid,this paper proposes and realizes an online closed-loop aided decision-making system for 10 kV power distribution network.Firstly according to system demands,it analyzes and designs each modularized function of the system,function flow diagram,closed-loop operation decision-making scheme,database,hierarchical structure of the software.Secondly, starting from hierarchical structure scheme for the system software,it provides detailed realization of supporting service lay-er,dedicated platform layer and application layer.Finally,it verifies veracity and timeliness of this system by means of ap-plication examples.关键词
