基于绩效标杆的专用工程输电定价方法
Transmission Pricing Method for Special Projects Based on Performance Benchmark
摘要
Abstract
In allusion to existing problems in transmission pricing for special projects,a kind of pricing model based on per-formance benchmark is proposed,which could effectively overcome “A-J effect”of the pricing model based on rate of return as well as ensure returns of power grid enterprises.Data envelopment analysis (DEA)is used for performance analysis on power transmission lines of special projects so as to make improvement on rate of return model and balance interest relation-ship between power grid enterprises and customers.关键词
