摘要

Abstract

On the basis of data including transformer defect,fault,running life,and so on,this paper discovers data distribution modes and laws,proposes to eliminate defects affected by factors such as running age limit and running year,fault evaluation and calculation method,and nonlinear life evaluation method,as well as establishes product quality evaluation model for the transformer manufacturers.Compared with traditional method,this model uses data excavation and analysis to get distribution laws of defects and faults in equipment life cycle and reflects distribution laws and life factors into the evaluation model,which may be in favor of improving reasonability of product quality evaluation in term of global optimum of asset life cycle.
