摘要
Abstract
In allusion to the problem of reactive power optimization of wind power grid-connection,a reactive power optimi-zation model for wind power grid-connection based on mean-variance model is proposed. This model takes mean value of ac-tive power loss as economic index for reactive power optimization control strategy and variance of network loss as risk index, meanwhile,it considers of economy and risk as well. It uses group search optimizer of reverse learning strategy for solu-tions. IEEE-14 system considering fan and reactive power compensator is used as an example to compare offset of optimiza-tion result of the system active power loss and node voltage and result of reactive power optimizing control strategy of target function of traditional active power loss minimum,which proves effectiveness of the proposed model.关键词
