Abstract
Objective To study the clinical application of serum F-β-hCG, estrogen and progestin ( PROG) in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy .Methods From May 2015 to May 2014 totally 40 cases of normal pregnancy and 80 cases of ectopic pregnancy admitted in Mianyang City People ’ s Hospital were selected in the research .The cases of normal pregnancy were in group A , and clinical data and related medical history of ectopic pregnancy were retrospectively analyzed .Forty cases of ectopic pregnancy diagnosed only by serum F-β-hCG were recruited in group B , while another 40 cases diagnosed by serum F-β-hCG, estrogen and PROG were recruited in group C . Diagnosis accuracy and the time of confirmed diagnosis were compared between group B and group C .Meanwhile, serum F-β-hCG, estrogen and PROG were detected in group A and group C to compare the changes of each group .Results The serum F-β-hCG, estrogen and PROG were 1 151.4 ±123.5 IU/mL, 41.2 ±6.3ng/mL and 25.4 ±9.1ng/mL, respectively in group A and 860.4 ±93.4IU/mL, 7.3 ±2.1ng/mL and 5.3 ±3.5ng/mL, respectively in group C .The differences between two groups were significant ( t value was 3.99, 4.34 and 4.56, respectively, all P<0.05).Diagnostic accuracy of group B and group C was 75.00% and 97.50%, respectively, and the difference was significant (χ2 =4.97,P<0.05).Confirmed diagnosis time of group B and group C was 4.1 ±1.03d and 1.36 ±0.46 d, respectively with significant difference (t=4.49, P<0.05).Conclusion Detection of serum F-β-hCG, estrogen and PROG has high clinical value in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy .Joint diagnosis with them can improve diagnostic sensitivity , shorten the time of confirmed diagnosis , and reduce a series of corresponding consequences , so it is worthy of wide popularizing in clinics .关键词
