Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of transverse annular compression suture (TACS) in lower uterine segment in treatment of lower uterine segment hemorrhage during cesarean delivery .Methods Retrospective analysis was conducted among 60 cases who met lower uterine segment hemorrhage for bad contraction and placental separation hemorrhage hard to stop during cesarean delivery from December 2012 to April 2015.The cases were randomly divided into two groups , 30 cases in research group to control bleeding with TACS in lower uterine segment during cesarean delivery , and the other 30 cases in control group with Hemabate injection at lower uterine segment or combined with traditional 8 shaped suture during delivery .Two groups were compared in operation duration , amount of bleeding , hysterectomy rate and social resources saving .Results Maternal age , gestational weeks , hemoglobin before delivery and neonatal birth weight of two groups were not significantly different ( t value was 0.759, 0.000, 0.679 and 0.156, respectively, all P>0.05).The operation duration , 24 hours postpartum hemorrhage volume of the research group were significantly lower than the control group ( t value was -11.697 and -4.057, respectively, both all P<0.05), and the rate of blood transfusion of the research group was significantly lower (χ2 =9.017,P<0.05).The difference in hysterectomy rate was not significant (χ2 =2.069, P>0.05).Conclusion TACS appears to be a simple, effective and quick method in treatment of lower uterine segment hemorrhage during cesarean delivery .It is worthy of popularization and application .关键词
