Effect of laparoscopic surgery on inflammatory factors and immunoglobul in in patients with endometriosis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of laparoscopic surgery on inflammatory factors and immunoglobulin in patients with endometriosis.Methods:A total of 84 endometriosis patients were divided into observation group (42 cases)and control group (42 cases).The observation group patients were undergone laparoscopic surgery,and the control group patients were undergone laparotomy.The inflammatory factors (CRP,IL-6,TNF-α)and immunoglobulin (Ig M,Ig G,Ig A)were tested and compared before and after treatment in two groups.Results:The two groups inflammatory factors (CRP,IL-6, TNF-α)levels were increased significantly after operation (P <0.05),and the control group increased more significantly than in the observation group (P <0.05);There was no significant difference on Ig M and Ig A after operation in two groups (P >0.05),Ig G was decreased significantly after treatment (P <0.05),and the control group increased more significantly than in observation group (P <0.05 ).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery has little effect on the inflammatory response and immune function in patients with endometriosis.关键词
