红藤养胃汤对胃癌患者血清 MG7-Ag、PG、TPS、OPN 水平的影响
Effect of Hongteng Yangwei decoction on serum MG7-Ag,PG,TPS,OPN level of patients with gastric cancer

Abstract
Objective:To explore hong teng yang wei decoction on patients with gastric cancer serum associated antigen (MG7-Ag),pepsin (PG),tissue polypeptide specific antigen (TPS)and osteopontin (OPN)levels,so as to provide the basis for treatment of gastric cancer.Methods:From April 2012 to April 201 5,90 cases of patients who received treatment due to gastric cancer were included into the study,and then evenly divided into group A,group B,group C,with 30 cases of each group.Group A patients took hong teng yang wei decoction treatment,while group B took Wei fu chun tablets treatment,and group C took western medicine treatment.MG7-Ag,PG,TPS and OPN levels were detected before treatment and 1 and 2 months after treatment.Results:After treatment,the serum MG7-Ag levels of patients in all groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.05 )and there is no significant differences between group A with patients taking Yangwei decoction and group B,C (P >0.05).One and two months after treatment,the serum PG levels of group A were significantly higher than that before treatment,and of group B and C as well (P <0.05 ).After treatment,the serum levels of OPN and TPS levels were significantly lower than that before treatment (P <0.05),and the serum OPN and TPS levels of group A were significantly lower than that of group B and C (P <0.05).Conclusion:For patients with gastric cancer,hong teng yang wei de-coction,can significantly decrease serum levels of OPN and TPS And increase serum PG level with great effect.However,in terms of efficacy on serum MG7-Ag level,hong teng yang wei decoction does not show significant difference when compared to the western medicine,stomach fu kang tablets,which need further in-depth study.关键词
