摘要

Abstract

Objective:To study the influence of ulinastatin on the myocardial enzyme spectrum,inflammatory state and reperfusion injury of patients with extracorporeal circulation heart operation.Methods:A total of 60 patients with extracorporeal circulation heart operation in our hospital from September 2012 to August 201 5 were the research object,and 60 cases were ran-domly divided into control group(routine operation group)and observation group(routine operation and ulinastatin group)with 30 cases in each.Then the serum myocardial enzyme spectrum,inflammatory indexes and related indexes of reperfusion injury of two groups before the operation and at 12 h,24 h and 72 h after the operation were detected and compared.Results:The ser-um myocardial enzyme spectrum indexes of observation group at 12 h,24 h and 72 h after the operation were all significantly lower than those of control group;inflammatory indexes and related indexes were significantly better than those of control group too (P <0.05 for all).Conclusion:The ulinastatin can effectively improve the myocardial enzyme spectrum and inflamma-tory state of patients with extracorporeal circulation heart operation,and it also plays an active role in the prevention and control the reperfusion injury.
