乙型肝炎病毒对非酒精性脂肪肝患者肝功能及血清中成纤维细胞生长因子21的影响
Effect of HBV on Liver Function and Serum FGF21 of Patients with Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of hepatitis B virus ( HBV) on liver function, insulin sensitivity and the serum fibroblast growth factor 21 (FGF21) of patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Methods A total of 58 patients with fatty liver during January 2013 and December 2014 were recruited in this study, which in-cluded 29 patients with NAFLD and 29 patients with chronic hepatitis B ( CHB ) combined with NAFLD. A total of healthy 29 controls at the same period were recruited as a control group. The levels of liver function, blood glucose, insu-lin index and serum FGF21 expression also in the three groups were observed. Results The levels of alanine aminotrans-ferase ( ALT) , aspartate aminotransferase ( AST) and FGF21 in NAFLD and CHB combined with NAFLD groups were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0. 05). The levels of fasting serum insulin (FINS) were signifi-cantly higher, while the values of insulin sensitivity index ( ISI) were significantly lower in NAFLD and CHB combined with NAFLD groups than those in the control group; in CHB combined with NAFLD group, the FINS level was signifi-cantly higher, while the ISI value was significantly lower than those in NAFLD group ( P <0. 05 ) . Conclusion If NAFLD patients are infected with the hepatitis B virus, the insulin sensitivity of the patients will decrease with metabolic disorder and further aggravated liver damage.关键词
