摘要

Abstract

In order to effectively control corrosion perforation accidents in oil field surface pipeline, according to the corrosion perforation condition in an oil field in 2014, the statistical analysis was carried out from pipeline material, transmission medium and corrosion type, etc. It found out that corrosion perforation most easily appeared in sewage pipeline, moreover generally belongs to the internal corrosion, mainly CO2-H2S-Cl--H2O-O2 electrochemical corrosion eventually led to the punch. Then the main influence factors caused corrosion perforation of metal pipeline and nonmetal pipeline were further detailedly analyzed, on this basis some specific measures of prevention and management were put forward prevent corrosion perforation and ensure the safety production of oil field.
