日本和越南边远海岛管理政策探析
On the Management Policies of Remote Islands in Japan and Vietnam
摘要
Abstract
As China's surrounding marine countries,Japan and Vietnam have attached great importance to the management of the remote islands for island development and conservation management,and estab-lished an institutional system,which covers legislation and related policies.They used planning and man-agement,and other means to promote the development of competitive industries,resources and environ-mental protection in remote islands,increase the infrastructure investment,improve the development of social undertakings,encourage residents to settle in,improve the living environment and strengthen the actual control of remote islands etc.These experiences will help to promote the marine remote islands to be an important economic growth engine and maritime security strategy maintaining platform.The experi-ences will be valuable for the future improvement and strengthen the control ability of remote islands man-agement in China.关键词
