Abstract
This article formulates the principle, features, factors and applied fields of ultrasound and enzymatic hydrolysis extraction. It also summarizes the approaches to the extraction of polysaccharide compounds and research progress on application of ultrasound bath-assisted enzymatic hydrolysis in this area.关键词
