摘要

Abstract

Endoglucanase gene relative to fungal metamorphosis was first cloned from medicinal fun-gus Inonotus obliquus by rapid amplification of cDNA end PCR ( RACE) . The results showed that A 1 315 bp full-length cDNA of endoglucanase gene contained 1 233 ORF, which was predicted to en-code a 410-amino acid protein with 13 introns and 14 exons. Phylogenetic analysis showed that en-doglucanase gene of I.obliquus had the closest genetic relationship with EG of Fomitiporia Mediterra-nea. Quantitative real-time PCR analysis revealed that IO-EG expression was increasingly higher with the development of sclerotium of I.obliquus, suggesting that IO-EG was correlated with yield of scle-rotium of I.obliquus.
