GP73和 AFP 联合检测在原发性肝癌中的诊断价值

Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of combined detection of GP73 and AFP in the diagnosis of pri‐mary hepatic carcinoma(PHC) .Methods AFP was quantitatively detected with the microparticle chemiluminescence method by the USA Abbott ARCHITECT i2000SR automatic chemiluminescence instrument ;GP73 was quantitative‐ly detected by ELISA ;these two indicators were detected in 105 cases of the PHC group ,47 cases of the normal liver disease group ,43 cases of the other tumors control group and 50 cases of the healthy control group and the detection results were analyzed .Results Serum GP73 level inn the PHC group was significantly higher than that in the normal liver disease group ,other tumors group and healthy control group ,the differences were statistically significant (P<0 .05) ;the sensitivity of GP73 and AFP combined detection for diagnosis of PHC was 79 .05% ,62 .86% and 94 .29%respectively ,and the area under curve(AUC) of receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was 0 .84 ,0 .71 and 0 .95 respectively .Conclusion The combined detection of serum GP73 and AFP can improve the sensitivity and diag‐nostic value of PHC diagnosis .关键词
