强直性脊柱炎患者血小板参数和外周血 B、T 淋巴细胞衰减因子及调节性 T 细胞变化
The changes of platelet parameters,BTLA and Treg in peripheral blood in patients with ankylosing spondylitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the changes of platelet parameters,BTLA and Treg in peripheral blood in pa-tients with ankylosing spondylitis.Methods Sixty patients with ankylosing spondylitis were slected.Biochemical analy-zer was used to measured platelet parameters and other laboratory parameters,using flow cytometry to determinate BTLA and Treg expression in peripheral blood.The platelet parameters changes and the correlate with other parameters were observed.Result PLT,PCT of ankylosing spondylitis patients were increased.Compared with normal control,BTLA and Treg expressing of AS patients were reduced significantly.Compared with BTLA normal group,PLT and PCT of AS pa-tients were increased in BTLA abnormal group.Compared with Treg normal group,PLT and PCT of AS patients were in-creased and MPV reduced significantly in BTLA abnormal group(P <0.05 or P <0.01).The platelet parameters and BTLA,Treg were correlated with C3,hs-CRP,IGG(P <0.05 or P <0.01).Conclusion The platelet parameters abm-ormalities maybe related to the imbalance of BTLA and Treg expression in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.关键词
