新疆地区不同民族人群心房颤动与血清尿酸水平的相关性研究
Relationship between serum uric acid and atrial fibrillation in Uyghur and Han population of Xinjiang
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the relationship between serum uric acid and atrial fibrillation in Uyghur and Han population of Xinjiang.Methods One hundred Uyghur and 100 Han patients with atrial fibrillation were selected as case group,and 100 Uyghur and 100 Han subjects without atrial fibrillation were collected as control group.The base-line of clinical data were collected,including age,gender,risk factors of cardiology diseases,drugs and serum uric acid level.Risk factors of AF were analyzed by Logistic regression analysis.Results The age,low-density lipoprotein,total cholesterol and uric acid of patients with AF were significantly higher than those of control(P <0.05).Logistic regres-sion analysis showed that the age(OR =1.114,95%CI =1.080 -1.149,P <0.01),total cholesterol(OR =1.902, 95%CI =1.434 -2.522,P <0.01),serum uric acid(OR =1.023,95%CI =1.017 -1.029,P <0.01)were risk fac-tors for the occurrence of AF.Conclusion The serum uric acid is a risk factor of atrial fibrillation in Uyghur and Han population of Xinjiang.关键词
