摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical value of serum cystatin C and urinary albumin (UAlb)/Cr (UACR)as a early diagnosis index for the elderly diabetic with early renal damage.Methed Sixty cases of type 2 dia-betes (over 60s)without urinary protein were selected,including 30 cases of normal serum creatinine(group A)and 30 patients with increased creatinine(group B).Thirty healthy people were selected as control group.Serum CysC and UAlb were detected by immune turbidimetry;serum and urinary Cr were detected by automatic biochemical analyzer.Result Serum CysC and UACR of DMgroup were significantly higher than those of normal control group(P <0.05).The sensi-tivity and specificity of combination detection were higher than single.Conclusion The serum CysC and UACR are sensitive indexes of early renal damage,it has important value in the diagnosis of elderly diabetic renal damage.关键词
