芦苇内生真菌的多样性分析OACSTPCD
Diversity Analysis of Endophytic Fungi in Reed
采用稀释平板法对芦苇(Phragmites australis)根、茎、叶组织的内生真菌进行了分离纯化及形态学鉴定。共分离纯化得到内生真菌194株,分属于木霉属(Trichoderma)、曲霉属(Aspergillus)、链格孢属(Alternaria)、青霉属(Penicillium)、毛霉属(Mucor)、镰孢菌属(Fusarium)和拟青霉属(Paecilomyces)等7个属;其中镰孢属、青霉属和链格孢属为优势菌属,分别占总菌株数的46.…查看全部>>
In this study,the endophytic fungi in the root,stem and leaf tissue of Phragmites australis were iso-lated and purified by dilution plate method.The morphological identification of these endophytic fungi was also tested.194 strains were obtained and these strains were belonging to genus of Trichoderma,Aspergillus,Alter-naria,Penicillium,Mucor,Fusarium,and Paecilomyces.Among these genus,Fusarium,Penicillium and Alter-naria were the dominant genus,and the abun…查看全部>>
