芦苇内生真菌的多样性分析OACSTPCD

采用稀释平板法对芦苇（Phragmites australis）根、茎、叶组织的内生真菌进行了分离纯化及形态学鉴定。共分离纯化得到内生真菌194株，分属于木霉属（Trichoderma）、曲霉属（Aspergillus）、链格孢属（Alternaria）、青霉属（Penicillium）、毛霉属（Mucor）、镰孢菌属（Fusarium）和拟青霉属（Paecilomyces）等7个属；其中镰孢属、青霉属和链格孢属为优势菌属，分别占总菌株数的46．…查看全部>>
In this study,the endophytic fungi in the root,stem and leaf tissue of Phragmites australis were iso-lated and purified by dilution plate method.The morphological identification of these endophytic fungi was also tested.194 strains were obtained and these strains were belonging to genus of Trichoderma,Aspergillus,Alter-naria,Penicillium,Mucor,Fusarium,and Paecilomyces.Among these genus,Fusarium,Penicillium and Alter-naria were the dominant genus,and the abun…查看全部>>
