湖泊水源地网箱养殖渔民清退问题探讨
Study on the Problem of Repaying Policy for Lake Water Aquaculture Fishermen
摘要
Abstract
In order to protect the water quality,the local government has carried out the cage of repaying.Ca-ges repel in advance will inevitably conflict with the local economy development,and because of the lack of corresponding policies and funding,it had produced a series of problems in the cages repel process.In based on the investigation of the xichuan,danjiangkou and dongping county,through in-depth interviews,question-naire survey,data collection,we had explored some problems in the process of the cages to ban.Basically has the following three problems:lack of policy support;Compensation standard is low;Compensation financing dif-ficulties.And has made the summary to the existing experience:adhere to the unified standard,clear the re-sponsibility main body,strengthen organizational leadership,right public opinion direction.关键词
