基于成功能力模型临床带教法在本科实习护生临床能力培养中的应用
Clinical Teaching Based on Model of Ability to Success in Clinical Ability Development of Nursing Undergraduates

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of clinical teaching based on the model of ability to success in the training of clinical competence of nursing undergraduates. Methods A total of 99 nursing interns were involved in the study. Fifty-one interns from July 2013 to March 2014 were included as control group and 48 from July 2014 to March 2015 as observation group. Self-assessment, theoretical grades and operation skills at the end of internship were evaluated in both groups. Results In observation group, the total score of clinical ability and the scores of each dimension were higher than those of control group (P<0.01); in observation group, students’ theoretical scores and operation skills were higher and better than those in control group and the difference has statistical significance (P<0.01). Conclusion Clinical teaching based on the model of ability to success can strengthen the comprehensive development of the attitude, knowledge and skills of nursing students and foster the clinical ability of nursing undergraduates so as to meet the needs of nusing science and clinical nursing.关键词
