我国溃疡性结肠炎患者饮食相关文献计量学分析
Bibliometric Analysis of Literatures on Diet of Patients with Ulcerative Colitis in China
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the current research on ulcerative colitis patients ’ diet and its developing trends, and to provide reference for further research and development. Methods A retrieval study was conducted to collect literatures about diet of patients with ulcerative colitis in CNKI, CBM, VIP and Wanfang database from January 1966 to May 2015, and then bibliometric analysis was carried out. Results Totally 649 articles were retrieved and the amount of literature was growing at an exponential rate. Ninety (13.9%) papers were published in the top 10 journals and 12 in Chinese Medicine Guide. Thirty-four authors published 3 or above articles and they published a total of 122 articles, accounting for 18.8%. The top 5 regions with most published articles were Jiangsu province (84 articles), Zhejiang province (75 articles), Guangdong province (46 articles), Shandong province (44 articles) and Shanghai (43 articles) and 84.7% of the articles were from medical institution while 15.3% from colleges and universities.The fund-supported papers accounted for 5.7% and 308 articles (47.5%) were quasi-experimental study. Most studies focused on the diet care and food intolerance. Conclusion There is yearly increase of articles on ulcerative colitis patients ’ diet but related journals show great dispersion. There are wide research regions in most articles which are from diverse institutions as well as with less fund support. It is far from enough in terms of research depth and width, consequently we should carry out deep-seated, multi-angle exploration, such as the influence factors, intervention methods, observation indexes, etc.关键词
