轻度肺高血压住院患者焦虑状况及影响因素分析
Current Status of Anxiety of Mild Pulmonary Hypertension Inpatients and Its Influence Factors

Abstract
Objective To understand the status of anxiety of patients with mild pulmonary hypertension and to analyze its influence factors. Methods Totally 135 hospitalized patients with mild pulmonary hypertension were recruited from Shanghai Pulmonary Hospital and investigated with general information questionnaire, Self-rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Social Support Rating Scale. Results The anxiety of pulmonary hypertension inpatients was more serious than that of domestic norm ( P<0.05). Social support were negatively correlated with anxiety (P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis showed that age, social support and marital status of patients were main influence factors of anxiety (P<0.05). Conclusion Anxiety of patients with mild pulmonary hypertension is affected by age, social support and marital status. Medical staff should take individualized health education and psychological care measures to relieve patients’ anxiety.关键词
