淋巴瘤患者照顾者心理症状与照顾负荷的相关性研究
Correlation between Psychological Symptom and Caregiver Burden among Caregivers of Patients with Lymphoma

Abstract
Objective To investigate the correlation between psychological symptom and caregiver ’s burden among the caregivers of patients with lymphoma. Methods Totally 149 caregivers of patients with lymphoma were investigated with Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL-90) and Caregiver Burden Inventory (CBI). Results The total score of SCL-90 among 149 caregivers of patients with lymphoma was 146.02±48.25, and the total score was higher than domestic norm (t=4.063, P=0.000). The first three psychological symptom’s positive factors were anxiety in 82 cases (55.0%), depression in 58 cases (38.9%), and sleeping and eating in 43 cases (28.9%). The total score of CBI among caregivers was 23.65±5.84. The first three indicators of caregiver’s burden were time dependent burden, limited development burden and physiological burden. Scores of the total scale and the factors of SCL-90 and CBI were positively correlated (r=0.527, P=0.000). Conclusion The caregivers of patients with lymphoma present poor psychological symptom and the heavier caregiver’s burden, the poorer their mental health. It is important to focus on caregiver’s psychological health and give corresponding nursing intervention to reduce caregiver ’s burden and improve their mental health.关键词
